Welcome to the flagship event of Tokyo Dome Hotel, "Hokkaido Fair 2024". This fair offers a great opportunity to enjoy the rich flavors of Hokkaido in the capital. At the Super Dining “Rilassa” located on the 3rd floor of the hotel, you can savor over 50 dishes made with Hokkaido ingredients in a buffet style.

Highlights of the fair include unique dishes such as the "Rilassa Seafood Original Parfait" which are available only for dinner, along with a lineup of diverse offerings. Fresh ingredients carefully selected from all over Hokkaido are used in the dishes, with luxurious menus such as Red King Crab and lamb meat making an appearance.

Different special menus are offered during the first and second phases of the period, so visiting at different times will offer new discoveries. Moreover, these special menus can only be enjoyed during those specific times, so be sure not to miss visiting.

For those considering visiting the fair, it is recommended to come during dinner time to indulge in the diverse flavors, including the "Rilassa Seafood Original Parfait." Enjoy delicious dishes and memorable moments with your family and friends.

- Exclusive to dinner, the "Rilassa Original Seafood Parfait" is offered. You can freely combine over 10 ingredients, including tuna, salmon, simmered conger eel, squid, and okra, to create your own original seafood parfait. - During dinner time, each guest can choose one dish from either "Hokkaido Red Snow Crab (one shoulder) with Salmon Roe" or "Scallop Tasting (Grilled Scallop in Shell and Fried Hokkaido Scallop with White Corn Tartar Sauce)." - Different special menus are provided in the first and second phases. By visiting during different periods, you can enjoy new flavors of Hokkaido.
