This exhibition brings together 54 works selected by the Osaka Ukiyo-e Museum from 18 renowned Ukiyo-e artists. It's a splendid opportunity to fully appreciate the charm of Ukiyo-e, showcasing historical and rare works. The museum is conveniently located within walking distance from the Shinsaibashi Station on the Osaka Metro. Inside the venue, each Ukiyo-e artist's works are displayed separately, with detailed introductions of their artistic techniques and historical backgrounds. Particularly worth visiting is the section displaying the representative works of each artist, allowing viewers to compare and appreciate various styles. This exhibition has a unique feature where some works are being displayed to the public for the first time. It includes invaluable pieces with high historical value, not usually available for viewing, which should not be missed.
