An event to give thanks for the sea's blessings and pray for 'a big catch' and 'safe voyages'. On the day, the event starts with a prayer ceremony (御願, Ugan) on a high hill named Santenmo (サンティンモー). After the prayer, the Harley Races begin. The Harley Races include many competitions such as Ugan Barley, capsizing, Agai Sub, junior high school students, youth groups, and workplaces. The Agai Sub event at the end is a must-see.
