During the Sōma Nomaoi Festival in Shinyougo, horsemen from Namie, Futaba, and Ōkuma will set out from Central Park in Namie-town. After the parade within the town, they will join with the Shōdaka Corps at Sōma Odaka Shrine in Odaka-ku, Minamisōma City. The following day, after the armored horse racing and the flag competition at Hibarigahara Festival grounds in Haramachi-ku, Minamisōma City, they return to Namie-town for a triumphant parade and the Shinyougo flag competition.
