This is a festival that has been passed down from the "Aoi Festival" in Kyoto and has been celebrated for about 650 years. During the "Kasa-hoko Dedication", parishioners carry a splendid and luxurious umbrella float with a diameter of about 3.5 meters, height of 5 meters, and weight of 40 to 50 kg, running while shouting. The scene of the umbrella float filling the width of the road and moving through the alleys is quite impressive. Additionally, there are rituals such as Kagura dedication and rice planting ceremonies.
