This is the first English garden in the Chugoku-Shikoku region, with approximately 7,100 roses of around 135 varieties centered on English roses. It is located at the highest point of Sera Town at an elevation of 540m, offering a flower field that takes advantage of the climate with large temperature differences. There are also shops and a cafe within the park.
