A historical festival that started in the mid-Edo period, commemorating the death anniversary of the monk Shokū. Along the roads around the temple Fukuenji, a temple known for protecting against marine accidents, over 200 stalls line up offering bonsai, pottery, and miscellaneous goods, bustling with many people.
