仏舞
An elegant dance wearing Buddhist masks of Vairocana, Shakyamuni, and Amitabha, matching the musician's notes, accompanied by the drum hanging at the chest. It is traditionally inherited among the parishioners, keeping the ancient form intact. Originally held on the 8th day of the 4th month for Shakyamuni's birthday, it has been conducted on May 8th since the adoption of the new calendar. Cultural Property: Nationally Designated Important Intangible Folk Cultural Asset
