Even in March, powder snow and ice trees (giant ice trees appear at the summit from late January to early February) welcome skiers, and the descent using gondolas is a grand experience. The ski courses using the ropeway are uncompressed, allowing for enjoyment of powder snow during the harsh winter period. From mid-April onwards, it becomes a mecca for spring skiing.
