Towada Spring Festival
十和田市春まつり
A historic event commemorating the Inau River Waterworks. You can fully enjoy the spring in Towada city center. Various events starting with the 'Inau River Walk' are held on the Government Street, which is selected as one of the '100 Best Roads in Japan,' and its surroundings. You can enjoy stalls, flea markets, folk performances, and karaoke battles. The night cherry blossom illumination will be held in accordance with the blooming. Don't miss the fireworks display on April 29th!
