A rare underwater fireworks festival in Japan, held at Sakihana Onsen by the scenic Agano River Line. About 200 fireworks blooming underwater fantastically decorate the surface of the Agano River, offering a beauty completely different from fireworks in the sky. It's recommended to stay at Sakihana Onsen for a leisurely viewing experience.
