Among the regions in Akita Prefecture, renowned as the kingdom of folk songs, the Senboku area is particularly known as a treasure trove of folk music. One of the folk songs said to have originated in this land is "Chojanoyama." We will sing this "Chojanoyama" together with folk music lovers from all over the country, and, while correctly preserving the simple charm that is on the verge of being forgotten, we aim to widely promote it in the nature-rich town of Misato.
