Shishikaku (Important Cultural Property), built as a guesthouse of Hozanji Temple in a pseudo-Western-style wooden gabled design, will be specially open to the public. It is a two-story wooden guesthouse with colored glass inserted in the doors, entrances, and balcony windows. Known as Shishikaku, it has garnered attention for incorporating Western architectural styles into the temple.
