Tomita Bayashi's early summer tradition, known as "Ishikawa Koinobori," is a part of Japanese culture that wishes for the healthy growth of children. Each year, local volunteers hoist about 400 carp streamers using traditional bamboo poles, creating a breathtaking view of these streamers swimming in the sky.
