Ibaraki Flower Park: The Rose Season of 900 Blooming Varieties Has Arrived!

いばらきフラワーパーク 900品種が咲き誇るバラシーズン到来!

"Ibaraki Flower Park," which allows visitors to experience various flowers throughout the year, welcomes the rose season! Around mid-May, 9,000 spring roses of 900 varieties bloom all at once, marking one of the most festive seasons in the park.

After passing through a 60m rose tunnel enveloped in 12 colored gradient hues and a rich fragrance, a vividly blooming rose garden is unveiled against the backdrop of Mt. Tsukuba.

Surrounded by the refreshing greenery of the countryside, various experiences are offered for appreciating the diverse allure of roses.

Activities such as "Special Lesson with Luxurious Garden Roses and Special Sweets," where you can pick roses and flowers with a florist to create beautiful bouquets, and the sale of "Premium Early Check-in Pass," a limited admission for 50 people per day allowing early access during the cool, fragrant mornings of the spring rose bloom (reservation site), and the introduction of the newly designed "Freshly Bloomed Soft Serve" shaped like a rose enhance the gourmet and activity offerings.

Throughout the period, in addition to rose-related markets and pop-ups, the "Taiwan Flower Festival," a collaborative event featuring Ibaraki roses and Taiwanese flowers, will be held for the first time starting on Saturday, May 31.

In the most splendid rose garden of the year, savor with all your senses the unique charm of roses available only at this time and place.
