The room of light "Kiwa", installed inside the "NIWA" store, creates a special space where tradition and innovation merge, centered around the "Kiwa" wall scroll received from the master of the Urasenke tea ceremony school Sohshu Sen. Themed on the land of "east" Kyoto, it features elegant bamboo art by Akane Teshigahara, headmaster of the Sogetsu school of Ikebana, a garden designed by Katsunori Ogawa, the successor to the traditional gardening art deemed a pioneer of modern Japanese gardens from the landscaping master Jihei Ogawa, continuing a legacy of over 250 years, along with art technology by NAKED. The space allows you to feel the pure water and natural beauty of the Kamogawa river.

■ Restaurant "NIWA"
A new sense art terrace lounge offering a menu that uses carefully selected Kyoto ingredients and brands. The diverse drink menu includes Kyoto products and brands such as matcha, coffee, Japanese tea, sake, and craft beer, making it possible to discover new charms of "Kyoto" with every visit. The snack set featuring Kyoto-produced ingredients paired with drinks is also distinctive, featuring items like "Kin" for beer, "Gin" for sake, and "Zen", vegan-friendly, providing a variety of tastes to enjoy the charm of Kyoto.
