The Hokkaido Windmill Festival is a summer festival held in Tomamae Town, one of the windiest areas in Hokkaido. The stage events begin with an opening performance by the Rumoi Garrison Band, followed by shows by GRACE (Atsuko & Tadashi), the impressionist "Hiro Aoyama," enka singer "Kaori Kouzai," as well as a gathering of local mascot characters. For children, there are amusement corners, a construction machinery experience area, and festival stalls. At the food booth, kitchen cars will gather for the first time at Tomamae’s "Wind Food Stall Village." We encourage everyone to come by and fully enjoy the Hokkaido Windmill Festival.
