The Higashikawa Dontokoi Festival is usually held in late July every year at Hagoromo Park in Higashikawa Town, Hokkaido. There are many food stalls and various events, making it very lively. Street performances, music concerts, dance performances, and more attract large crowds. On the first night, fireworks that can be seen up close light up the festival beautifully.
