Iwate Mountain Opening Ceremony
岩手山山開き
Mt. Iwate, which stretches across Shizukuishi Town, Takizawa City, and Hachimantai City. The mountain opening ceremony is jointly held by the three cities and town with the purpose of praying for safety throughout the year and promoting交流 among the three municipalities.
