This is the annual festival of the Dewasanzan Shrine held on July 15th. After the festival ceremony at the shrine is over, a mikoshi (portable shrine) procession takes place. Held during the rice flowering season, it is a festival that prays for a rich harvest so that the flowers bloom safely and bear fruit.
