Yasaka Shrine is a shrine located in Innai, Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture. The festival of Yasaka Shrine in Innai is held on July 22nd and 23rd. On the 22nd, a children’s portable shrine is carried, and on the 23rd, an adult’s portable shrine is carried through the streets. Since the deity of Yasaka Shrine is the fierce deity (Susanoo no Mikoto), the adult’s portable shrine procession on the 23rd is performed in a lively and vigorous manner. In addition, there are food stalls and various events held, so people of all ages, from children to adults, can enjoy themselves.
