The mysterious light of the "Firefly Squid," which is said to be one of Toyama Bay's mysteries, as well as its unique flavor, are resources shared by all people. We are grateful to have benefited from them, and, since the "Firefly Squid" is considered a messenger from the Dragon Palace, the festival is developed with the Princess Otohime of the Dragon Palace as its symbol. Various stage events, including popular comedy live performances, the Shinkawa Ancient Kami Dance parade, and a grand offshore fireworks display featuring giant 3-shaku fireworks, will be held.
