In the Tsugaru region, the eve festival before the major festival of the local guardian deity is called "Yomiya." On the days of Yomiya at around 80 shrines, the approach to the shrine can be lined with more than 80 stalls, where visitors can enjoy activities such as shooting games and goldfish scooping.
