This is a class where you can learn about Japanese history and culture while enjoying and discovering miso through hands-on experience!
After making miso with the instructor, you can savor rice malt amazake created in collaboration with "Yamaguchi Koji Shop" (established in 1873).
In addition to the plain flavor that lets you enjoy the natural sweetness, a wide variety including tomato, kinako (roasted soybean flour), and unique flavors like green juice amazake are available.

*Miso is considered a liquid and subject to restrictions on international flights, so it must be checked in as luggage.
*Miso needs to ferment at home for 3 to 6 months before it is ready to eat. Detailed information will be provided on the day of the experience.
