Ghibli Park and Ghibli Exhibition (Aomori)

ジブリパークとジブリ展(青森)
An exhibition exploring the fascinating behind-the-scenes of the birth of Ghibli Park will be held in Aomori Prefecture. This project, led by director Goro Miyazaki, introduces the production process through rare materials and prototypes from that time. Particularly unique are the exhibition corners for the Catbus from 'My Neighbor Totoro' and Yubaba from 'Spirited Away,' where visitors can also take photos with these exhibits. Additionally, scaled-down models of 'Howl's Moving Castle' and 'Satsuki and Mei's House' are on display, allowing you to feel the world of animation up close. Furthermore, in limited exhibitions, you can get a glimpse of Director Miyazaki’s new vision, making it a must-see for Ghibli fans. To thoroughly enjoy these attractions, spend a whole day leisurely touring the exhibition, immersing yourself in the world of Ghibli. Access to Aomori is excellent, so be sure to visit and experience this special moment.
