The Ōsaki Shrine Reitaisai is one of the most important festivals held in Moka City, Tochigi Prefecture. During this festival, rituals are conducted to pray for national peace, imperial prosperity, bountiful harvests, and the well-being of local people.
Following the ceremonies, Ōsaki Shrine presents the city-designated intangible folk cultural property "Ōogagura", with must-see performances like "Tengu Byakko Dance" and "Ebisu Daikoku Dance" in the afternoon. These dances include "Fukumaki," a blessing scattering event that brings luck to participants, sharing fortune with the visitors.
