Kobe Harborland's main street, 'Kobe Gaslight Street', and the Zelkova tree-lined Harbor Road will be lit up with approximately 100,000 LED bulbs. The 'Harbor Wink', where all the bulbs are turned off one minute before the hour at 8pm, 9pm, and 10pm and then relit on the hour, is a must-see!
