Held over three days from September 21st with the Yomiya Festival, the 22nd with the Reisai, and the 23rd with the Togyo Festival, "Nishinomiya Matsuri" features. On the 23rd's Togyo Festival, a fleet centered around the royal boat carrying Ebisu-sama departs from the new Nishinomiya Yacht Harbor and performs the "Kazama Festival" praying for maritime safety at Ozenhama Bay, then all the vessels proceed as Sanmiya pilgrimage to Wada Misaki in Kobe. At Wada Shrine, related to Ebisu-sama, the Otabisho ritual is held, and visits are made to Wada Shrine, Mitsuishi Shrine, Shinko-ji Temple, and Yanagihara Ebisu Shrine in front of Hyogo Station.
