3rd Annual Mt. Fuji Subashiri Route Race

Aiming for the Fujisan Subashiri 5th Station, this course stretches from the 'Fuji Azami Line 0km Post' at an elevation of about 800m to the 'Fujisan Subashiri 5th Station' at an elevation of 2000m, covering a distance of 11.8km one way. It's a super steep run with an average gradient of about 10% and a maximum gradient of about 22%. There are two categories: the uphill (11.8km) and the round trip (23.6km). Both categories have wave starts: the uphill has 3 waves at 10:00, 10:20, and 10:50 (elite); the round trip has 2 waves at 9:20 and 9:40. The competition ends at 13:00 for the uphill and 13:30 for the round trip, with a relatively loose time limit, allowing runners of various levels to challenge themselves. If the weather is clear, you can see Mount Fuji from the starting point at the 'Fuji Azami Line 0km Post'.

Transportation:From Gotemba Station, exit "Fuji Yamaguchi" exit, stop 2, "Fujikyu Yamanashi Bus" bound for Lake Kawaguchi at 7:45/8:50 Departure from Gotemba Station Exit "Otomeguchi" exit and take the tournament shuttle bus from Otomeguchi Rotary at 7:30/8:30 Departure by car

Parking:There is a parking lot for exclusive use of the tournament: Subashiri General Ground (about 5 minutes on foot to the tournament headquarters)
