"Fukuro Matsuri" is one of the biggest festivals in Toshima City and includes two festivals. One is called the "Mikoshi Festival" on the 27th and 28th of September, and the other is called the "Dance Festival" on the 11th and 12th of October. In the "Mikoshi Festival," you can enjoy the opening ceremony, dance performances, band performances, and Japanese drum performances on the 27th of September. On the 28th of September, you can also enjoy the neighborhood association Mikoshi start ceremony and the Big Mikoshi Parade. The parade featuring 15 Mikoshi is a must-see!
