Shiogama Minato Festival
塩竈みなと祭
Counted as one of the three great ship festivals in Japan, the "Shiogama Minato Festival" features a procession of the ritual boat carrying the sacred mikoshi, accompanied by about 100 other ships, around Matsushima Bay.
