The Spring Rose Festa at Expo '70 Commemorative Park will be held at the "Peace Rose Garden." The park is easy to access from Expo '70 Commemorative Park Station or Koen Higashiguchi Station on the Osaka Monorail, making it a convenient location for visitors from all around the Kansai area.

The event will feature the "Kansai Rose EXPO 2025," as well as shops selling rose seedlings and flower seedlings, allowing visitors to experience the diverse charm of roses. In addition to viewing the beautifully colored roses, there will be many shops offering seedlings—perfect for those who want to start gardening.

The highlights include rare varieties available for a limited time and rose seedlings that can only be found here. In addition, you can enjoy rose fest–exclusive workshops and mini-events.

One of the best parts is discovering your favorite roses as you stroll around the park. While you're there, it's recommended to take plenty of photos while selecting seedlings, so you can take home both memories and the joy of growing roses at home.
