"Pororo's Wishes! Tanabata Festival" is an event focusing on the activities of Pororo the polar bear at Tokushima Zoo, who has worked as an "Ambassador for the Prevention of Global Warming," aiming to deepen visitors’ awareness of environmental issues. During the event, a certificate of appreciation will be awarded to honor Pororo’s long-standing achievements in global warming prevention activities. The venue is in front of the polar bear enclosure inside the zoo. Each area features hands-on experiences and exhibits related to environmental protection, making it easily accessible for families. This event provides an opportunity to think about the future of the Earth and animals together with Pororo. On the day of the event only, there will also be special corners where visitors can enjoy original commemorative goods and special exhibits.
