Ojiya Bullfighting

Ojiya Bullfighting is a traditional Japanese event held in Ojiya City, where you can experience rich nature and ancient culture. Unlike bullfighting in other regions, the highlight is the powerful horn clash between strong bulls. Interestingly, the contest ends in a draw without deciding a winner, for religious reasons and to maintain the fighting spirit of the bulls among various reasons. It takes place at Ojiya Bullring, a valuable place to savor tradition.
