Chokumatake Opening Ceremony Memorial
朝熊山開山忌
Held to coincide with the anniversary of the death of the founder of the revival of Kongoshoji Temple, Butchi Zenji (仏地禅師). This event serves as a memorial for the master, with offerings for the deceased and ancestors, a festival for plentiful harvest, and a sacred ceremony.
