At the Tanabata Festival at Hofu Tenmangu Shrine, various events are held from July 1st to 7th. The "Sanctified Garden of Light (Yuniwa)" beautifully illuminates the shrine grounds with the highly popular "Kasa-dama Art," in which spherical light objects created by connecting vinyl umbrellas are scattered in front of the main gate, creating a fantastic atmosphere.
