During the Tanabata Festival at Hofu Tenmangu Shrine, various events will be held from July 1st to 7th. The 'Umbrella Art' installation, consisting of spherical illuminations made from plastic umbrellas and scattered in front of the main gate, beautifully lights up the 'Courtyard of Light' and is very popular.
